Corporate Development Workshop
Workshop Delivery & Fee Structure
This workshop will be implemented by our Lead Consultant, based in Canada, who has a doctorate degree in Business and HRM plus several recognized designations in the field of Training & Development. He has worked for the Government in Canada, Canadian HR Professional Association, and also in the Arab region on a number of corporate university projects, including two major banks in the Middle East.
The workshop fee will be negotiated after reviewing the organization’s request and will typically include:
- In-person workshop and consultation for 2 or 3 full days (your choice) at your facility in your country, for an audience size of 2-15 participants
- Individual formal Certificates for all participants
- The right to have all the related workshop and consulting materials, as well as Corporate University Blueprint
- G-ACUA Corporate Membership and Branding
- Extended Services as stated, with no additional cost
- Opportunity to apply for accreditation of your corporate university after the workshop (Note: a separate fee and process would be applicable)

The in-person workshop comprises 2-day or 3-day visits to your site or facility, depending on your preferences. It will focus on training your team, action learning, and providing consultancy for various areas of corporate university/academy design and development.
This will not be just training! This extensive workshop will also include actions, activities, engagement, summary reports, analysis, design and planning, which can lead to Corporate University Accreditation and Certification. We will work together as a team as we move the project forward.
Fee Structure
The workshop fee is paid in 2 installments:
- 50% of the fee to be paid not later than 4 weeks in advance of the event start date, plus airfare and hotel expenses
- The remaining 50% fee plus all outstanding valid expenses to be paid on completion of the workshop event
- Return air travel will be purchased by the consultant, and will be reimbursed by the client
- The hotel will be booked and paid for by the client
- Workshop facility and subsistence expenses will be the responsibility of the client
